AIM
This unique Chinese Martial Arts program is designed to immerse participants in Sanda (Chinese Boxing). At the origin of of all martial arts you will train Chinese boxing like the famous shaolin monks. All trainers participated on numerous competions and would like to give you their experiences.

The emphasis of Sanda is on realistic fighting ability. It focuses on punches, kicks and wrestling. Its aggressiveness enables one to fight very effectively against any other martial arts styles.
Sanda still follows the fundamental rules in Chinese kung fu. Softness against Hardness. This means that when fighting against a taekwondo fighter, fight him very closely disallowing him to take effective kicking strikes whereas with a Thaiboxer, use wrestling skills to overcome his superiority in knee strikes and hardcore defence.
Practicing Sanda develops physical and mental fitness, mental agility and mental concentration. In addition, practicing Sanda improves strength and self-defense skills. Training focuses on: fitness training, stance training for balance, strength, repetition of movements for power and speed.
